Delivery, Returns and Refund Policies
Thank you for visiting our website and buying our products.
We aim to dispatch web orders within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally, in cases of stock shortage, fulfillment of your order may take longer. For all queries about delivery please contact us at our office. Please remember to quote your order number.
Shipping Charges (applies to Web orders only)
- Standard (UK orders only): £4.50. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class service which are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. However, in exceptional cases please allow up to 14 days for delivery (especially at busy times like Christmas).
- Standard (EU, ex-UK): £7.95.
- Standard (Worldwide, ex-EU): £10.95.
The prices payable for goods are as set out in the web site, exclusive of any duties and local taxes. Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.
UK VAT is included in retail prices at 20%. We are unable to offer a VAT refund service for ex-UK orders placed on this website.
Website Guarantee, Refund & Returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a definite quality issue with your products we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. If you have known sensitivities to personal care products or are unsure if the Repcillin range is suitable for you we suggest you try the sample of the product first. Refunds for full sized products in this case is at our discretion.
Please email us first to alert us of any issue. We can only receive returns that have been cleared by us first. Once we give clearance for you to return goods please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please enclose your name, address, 4 digit order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: 40075 Ltd PO Box 466, Sutton SM1 9NS England.
We aim to handle returns within four working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund any original postage and packaging costs.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
If the goods have been sent by Royal Mail within the UK we will re-send or refund, at our discretion, if the goods have not been delivered 3 weeks from date of despatch. For ex-UK addresses where the goods are reported missing in transit 1 month after despatch date, we will re-send by tracked service and may require a contribution to the shipping costs (this applies to orders where a there is an option of a tracked service and the non-tracked service has been selected).
